Hogan Assessments
In addition to her coaching services, Susan has been certified to deliver the Hogan Suite of inventories, which can help clients better understand their current strengths and build meaningful personal and professional development plans. These inventories can be added to any coaching service or as a stand-alone consultation service.
Hogan uses an iceberg analogy to explain their assessments: The visible part above the waterline includes “What You Do” and “How You Do It” which are the business and people results and the observed behaviors that lead to those results. The invisible part below the waterline is “Why You Do It,” which includes personality characteristics that impact behavior.
The Hogan assessments facilitate self-awareness and help individuals understand their underlying work style traits, core values, and derailment risks that may impact behavior. This allows them to manage their behavior for increased workplace success.
These assessments can also help organizations identify characteristics that may impact an individual’s job performance and their fit within a particular role, team, or organizational culture. This strategic self-awareness provided by the Hogan assessments can improve an individual’s job performance and help them fit into their organization’s culture better.
By taking these inventories and receiving a debrief of their results with Susan, clients can gain insight into their strengths, areas for improvement, and core values and interests. This information can be used to inform their coaching journey and help them to build meaningful personal and professional development plans.
Whether added to an existing coaching service or used as a stand-alone consultation service, the Hogan Suite of inventories can provide valuable insights that help clients to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
